Florence Mary Williamson, 92, of Burlington, died at 11:05 p.m. Thursday, January 13, 2005, at Great River Medical Center, Klein Center. Born August 18, 1912, in Mediapolis, she was the daughter of Edward Henry and Dorothy Buescher Timmerman. On August 18, 1931, she married Arlo E. Williamson in Burlington. He died March 15, 1990. Mrs. Williamson worked as a machine operator at Antennacraft for 10 years before retirement in 1978. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church. She was one of the founding members of Golden Oldies, and enjoyed spending winters in California and Las Vegas, quilting, and playing bingo. Survivors include one son, Richard H. Williamson of Burlington; three daughters, Nancy Vaughan of Burlington, Karen Underbill of East Dubuque, IL, and Kathy Cusick of Mexico, MO; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great- grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, four brothers, and one sister. Visitation will begin at noon Sunday at Prugh's Chapel. The Graveside Committal for Mrs. Williamson will be at 11 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. Tyrone Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
