Audrey Pearl Williams, 62, of 1807 Sunnyside ave., died at 4;15 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, at Veterans hospital, Iowa City. Mr. Williams was born May 2, 1910, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Fred and Margaret Smith Williams and married Gertrude Margaret Jensen May 22, 1947, in Kahoka, Mo. He was a maintenance employe for the Burlington school district, a World War II army veteran, and a member of the Eagles, American Legion and Burlington Gym Assn. Surviving: The wife, Burlington; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Joanne Reisner, Oak Park, Ill., and Mrs. Ronald Downing, Olathe, Kan.; one brother, L. Ralph Williams, Burlington; one sister, Mrs. Milton Krieger, Burlington; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday, Prugh's chapel; Aspen Grove cemetery.
