Clarence S. Adams, 75, of 629 S. Central died in Burlington Medical Center at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 3.
The son of Henry A. and Clara E. Sargent Adams, he was born April 1, 1900, in Moira, NY. He married Harriet Peel on March 24, 1941. in Burlington. For many years they operated Peel's Confectionery, Ninth and Angular. He was a member of the Masonic and Elks lodges.
The wife survives.
Funeral: 3:30 Friday, Prugh's Chapel. Rev. John Vickers; Aspen Grove cemetery.
