Obituary
Charles Henry Adams of 1101 1/2 Valley street passed away at 6 o'clock yesterday morning. The end was calm and peaceful. He was born a sign painter by occupation, a skilled and industrious man. Altho deprived of sigh he kept busy and was ever cheerful. he had been living in Burlington a number of years and had come to know many people, who valued him on account of many good qualities. He is survived by the widow, a sister, Mrs. Charles F. Shaw, in Oak Park, Il. and a foster son, who is in the service at Camp Cody NM. he was a member of the Dunkard faith.
