Mrs. Hazel Minnie Moore, 72, of Autumn Heights, was dead on arrival at Memorial hospital at 7;16 a.m. Tuesday, July 17. Death was apparently due to a heart attack.
She was born July 17, 1901, In Burlington, the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth Gardner Goetz. She married Joseph E. Abrisz in Burlington on Feb. 5, 1920. He died in 1961. She married Perry Moore in Moline, Il. Oct. 6, 1961. He died Sept 4, 1967.
She was a member of West Avenue Baptist church, Eagles Auxiliary, and Senior Citizens.
Surviving: One son, Richard P Abrisz, Burlington; three daughters, Mrs. Arvid (Betty) Egert, Moline, Mrs. William (Mary) Schweers and Mrs Roy (Jackie) Balbort, both of Burlington; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, one brother, Walter Goetz, Burlington and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral; 1:30p.m. Thursday, Prugh's Chapel, Rev Elwood D. Anderson; Aspen Grove Cemetery.
