Jennie Anna Abbott, 612 Summer street, died in Burlington hospital Friday, May 2, after an extended illness. A native of Burlington, Miss Abbott was born March 18, 1884, the daughter of Stephen and Catherine Abbott. For many years she operated the Salter and Abbott Insurance Agency. She was a member of Christ Episcopal church.
Surviving are a brother and a sister: Stephen Abbott, St. Joseph, Mo. and Mrs. Catherine Applegate of 604 Summer street, Burlington.
Last rites will be held at Christ church at 2 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. The crtege will leave the Prugh Chapel at 1;45.
