Mrs. Helen Welsh, 60, S. Ninth, died at Memorial hospital Saturday, Oct. 18, She was born March 27, 1915, at Burlington, the daughter of Peter and Lillie Frick Blanck. She married Robert Welsh Sr. at Burlington
on July 5, 1934. A supply technician at Memorial hospital, she was a member of First United Methodist church and its choir, Burlington choir, United Methodist women, and Railroad Veterans auxiliary. Surviving: The husband; three sons; Robert Jr., Burlington, Ronald, Sylvis,Ill., and Steven R.. at home; one sister, Mrs. Deloris Hendrickson, Denver, Color.; 12 grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Monday, Lunning chapel, Rev. LeRoy Moore; Aspen Grove cemetery. A memorial has been established for the First United Methodist church.
