Paul Junior Welch, 74, of Burlington, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, 1998, at Burlington Medical Center. Born July 29, 1924, in Burlington, he was the son of Bert ann Bertha Neu Welch. Mr. Welch was a retired clerk for the city of Burlington. Survivors include one nephew; and several grandnieces and grand-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. The private graveside funeral for Mr. Welch was Monday, Dec. 14, 1998, in Aspen Grove Cemetery. Sheagren Funeral Home was in charge in arrangements.
