Mrs. Dianna R. Weiler, 70, of Burlington, died at 5:35 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2015, at Burlington Care Center.
Born November 1, 1944 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Pearl Melvin and Ruby Margaret (Hicks) Polson. She married Alfred Waterman and they later divorced. She then married Frank Arthur Weiler Jr. on November 24, 1973 in Gladstone, Illinois. He preceded her in death on September 29, 1992.
Mrs. Weiler was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing Bingo and loved visiting with her friends and family. Nobody was a stranger to her.
Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Wellington of Branson, Missouri; three sons, James L. Waterman of Burlington, Alfred D. Waterman of Humboldt and Ronnie E. Waterman of Omaha, Nebraska; two step daughters, Nancy Wolgemuth-McClure of Burlington and Jennifer Weiler; two step sons, Timothy Weiler and Mike Weiler; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one sister, Sandra McGinity of Carman, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughter, Becky Jo.
The memorial funeral service for Mrs. Weiler will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 12th, 2015, at Lunning Chapel. Inurnment will be at a later date in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
Cremation has been entrusted to Lunning Chapel.
