Funeral for David Dee Yoder, 22, a U.S. Marine sargeant from Burlington killed in a car-motorcycle accident in Santa Ana, Calif., Sunday, will be 2 p.m. Friday, Prugh's chapel. Rev. G.A. Saathoff; Aspen Grove cemetery. Military rites will be given at graveside by the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Yoder was born Sept. 11, 1949, in Burlington, the son of Henry A. and K. Frances Schaefer Yoder. he married Shiela Weiland in Burlington April 9, 1968. Sgt. Yoder was an air traffic control specialist stationed at the El Toror marine corps air base in Santa Ana. Surviving: The wife; two children, Kimberley Elizabeth and Stacey Frances, both at home; his parents; two brothers; Michael, Burlington, and Daniel Cedar Falls; one sister, Mrs. Ila Heyland, Burlington; several aunts and uncles.
