Dr. E.O. Weik, 81, 421 Court, died Saturday, April 11, at Memorial hospital Mercy unit. A chiropractor who practiced in Burlington since 1919, Dr. Weik was born Feb. 2, 1889, at Moulton, the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Weik. He married Charlotte Palmer Feb. 21, 1910, at Memphis, Mo. Dr. Weik graduated from the Chicago National Chiropractor college and was a member of the Unitarian church, Des Moines No. 1 AF&AM< Kaaba Temple, E.C. Blackmar chapters OES, Carthage Lake Club, Elks, National Rifle Assn., and American Chiropractic Assn. Surviving: Wife; daughter, Mrs. Violet Boecker, Burlilngton; son, Paul, Burlington; sister, Mrs. Thelma Happ, Burlington; granddaughter, Mrs. Robert Kinney, Rochester, N.Y.; four great-grandchildren. Funeral: Tuesday, 1:30 p.m. Sheagren funeral home, Rev. Walter E. Lac; Aspen Grove cemetery, Masonic services Monday, 7:30 p.m.
