Died, Jan.25, at Burliington hospital, Ethel M. Weibley, at the age of 65 years, 7 months and 29 days. Services will be held at Burnett-Wallen funeral home Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, with Rev. Carl Victor Brown officiating. Interment in Aspen Grove cemetery.
In the death, January 23rd of this year, of Ethel Cowan Weibley, at her home in Burlington. Wesleyan loses another of her faithful daughters. Hardly has there been a commencement that was missed by Mr. and Mrs. Will Weibley and often did they come over from their home to some Wesleyan affair. Mrs. Weibley was born in Oskaloosa, attended the schools of that town, and the academy of Penn College. Then to Wesleyan, graduating with the class of 1922. She also was graduate of the German college. Mrs. Weibley was a member of the odl Hypatia literary society and also a member of Pi Beta Phi. Two of her daughters graduated from Wesleyan, louise with class of 1921 and Helen with the class of 1927.
