Leo J. wedertz, 76, of 2120 Summer street, died in Burlington Memorial hospital Monday, Aug.7. A native of Omaha, neb., Mr. Wedertz was born July 29, 1896, the son of Mr. and Mrs. August H. Wedertz. He was a veteran of World War I and served in the Coast Guard Reserve in World War II. He was a member of the American Legion. Mr. Wedertz was employed by Federal Barge Lines before its closing, and later by the IAAP. Surviving: Sister Josephine Wedertz, 2120 Summer street. Funeral:Sheagren Funeral home at 2 p.m. Thursday; Rev. Roscoe m. Wolvington; Aspen Grove cemetery.
