Patricia Ann Webster, daughter of Shirley Lee and Shirley Lea Ralston Webster, was dead at birth in Burlington hospital at 11:44 a.m. Monday. The parental home is on Ft. Madison Rd. Surviving are the parents, a brother and a sister, Randy Lee and Beth Ann Webster, both at home; the grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Harold Webster of 636 S. Gunnison St. and Mrs. Laurine Ralston of Davenport, Fla. Committal services will be conducted by the Rev. Roscoe M. Wolvington, pastor of First United Presbyterian church, in Aspen Grove cemetery at 10:30 Wednesday. The body is at Elliott-Lunning Chapel.
