Services for Harry Ray Warner, 63, Sperry rural, who died Saturday, Jan. 5, will be held at the Lunning Chapel at 3 p.m. Friday. Dr, Robert Dodder officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A heart Fund memorial has been established. Mr. Warner was born Aug. 19, 1921, in Burlington to George and Anna Hansen Warner. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He married Mary Virginia Legg March 25, 1943, at Canton, Mo. He had been a rural mail carrier and self-employed carpenter. He was a member of First United Methodist Church and the DAV. Surviving: His wife, Lewistown, Mo.; three soms, Steven, Iowa City, Ray, Mediapolis, and Gary. Burlington; a daughter, Jean Eibes, Burlington; his mother, Anna Warner, Burlington; three sisters, Helen Zimmerman, Des Moines and Anna Mae Hugen and Georgia Gail Leyes, both of Burlington; and four grandchildren.
