John Hamilton Ward, 75, Autumn Heights, died in Medical Center Tuesday,, June 22. The son of Arthur L. and Telie Morrow Ward, he was born July 13, 1900, at Richland. He married Clara A. Kamphoefner July 8, 1922, in Ottumwa. He was a member of Bethany Lutheran church, the Moose lodge, and Burlington Gymnastic society. He was a retired JI Case Co. employe. Surviving: The wife; son. William A., and daughter, Gerry Weiler, both of Burlington; sister, Mary Peterson, Burlington; and six grandchildren. Funeral: 1:30 Thursday, Prugh's Chapel, Rev. Harold A. Bostrom; Aspen Grove cemetery.
