Services for 20-year-old jon Norman (Punky) Walker, who was killed in a traffic accident Sunday, will be at St. Paul church Tuesday at nine, with burial in Aspen Grove cemetery. The rosary will be recited this evening at 7:30 at the Sheagren funeral home. Jon Walker was the son of Ronald (Chick) and Helen Anderson Walker, and was born Oct. 6, 1948, in Burlington. His home was at 2301 Gear Ave., West Burlington. He was an Eagle Scout and was a 1967 graduate of the Burlington high school, where he was on the wrestling team for three years. He was a sophomore at the University of Iowa, where he was treasurer of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He was a member of the ROTC at the university, and of St. Paul church in Burlington. Surviving the parents; brothers James Walker of Ames and Gerald Walker, at home; sister Mrs. Pamela Denniston of Ames and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. J. Russell Walker and Mrs. J.P. Anderson, all of Burlington.
