Mrs. Gertrude M. Walker, 77, of 2908 Market, died at 8:15 p.m. Friday at Mercy hospital where she had been a patient seven days. Death followed an extended illness. She was born July 30, 1887, in Burlington the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Frick. On Sept. 23, 1958. in Keokuk she married Charles A. Walker. She was of the Lutheran faith and a member of the World War I Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband, several nieces and nephews. One brother died earlier. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Prugh's Chapel, Rev. Earl Meissner officiating. Burlington will be in Aspen Grove.
