Mrs. Anna W. Walden, 71, of 1009 S. 12th, died in Burlington Medical Center Wednesday, Oct. 4. She was born Jan. 4, 1907, in Burlington, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hunt. She married Lawrence H. Walden May 9, 1933, at Lockridge. She was a member of the United Church of Christ. Surviving; The husband; two daughters, Lorraine and Eleanor Walkden, both of Burlington; brother, Raymond Hult, Albuquerque, N.M.; two sisters, Adaline Fox, Yuma, Ariz., and Florence Scragg, Plano, Ill. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday, Sheagren funeral home. Rev. Dale Hempen; Aspen Grove cemetery.
