Milton Wahl, 84, of 315 N. Gertrude., died 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at Elm View Care Center. He was born June 20, 1901. to Phillip and Louisa Heier Wahl. He married Myrtle C. Beard at Blakesburg, April 10, 1927; she died Nov. 25, 1982. He was retired painter and walllpaperer. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Surviving: One son, Milton Jr., McKinney, Texas; one sister, Viola Atherton, Davenport; and one grandchild. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Prugh's Chapel; Dr. Robert Dodder; Aspen Grove Cemetery. A Memorial has been established.
