Hilbert "Lucky" Wagner, 66, of 613 1/2 Jefferson St., died Tuesday, July 30, 1991, at Burlington Medical Center. Born March 1, 1925, in Des Moines County, he was the son of Frederick and Lillian Miller Wagner. He married Diana Delzell Oct. 30, 1983, in Burlington. He was the owner of the Plazza Pub. He was a Navy veteran and a member of the West Hill United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Delbert Wagner, Burlington and Rick Wagner, Littleton, Colo.; one daughter, Lillian Lee Hughs, Texas and four grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Sheagren Funeral Home. The service for Mr. Wagner will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Sheagren Funeral Home with the Rev. Wesley Laurence officiating. Burial will be in the Aspen Grove Cemetery.
