Dorothy H. Wachutka, 86, of 2113 S. 16th St., Burlington, died at 6 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25, 1996, at her home. Born March 18, 1910, at Pea Ridge, Ill., she was the daughter of John T. and Daisy Thoroman Tweedell. She married Arthur E. Wachutka on June 16, 1960, in Burlington. He died Feb. 23, 1978. Mrs. Wachutka worked as a secretary for Teamsters local 218 of Burlington. She was a member of Grace United Methodist church, King's Daughters, E.C. Blackmar Chapter of Eastern Star 306, and White Shrine of Jerusalem. Survivors include one son, Roy M. Harsch of Geneva, Ill.; one stepson, Arthur Wachutka of Plymouth, Minn.; seven grand-children; one brother, Roy Tweedell of Burlington; nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday in Prugh's Chapel. The funeral for Mrs. Wachutka will be 11 a.m. Monday in Prugh's Chapel, wih the Rev. Milton Geisler officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established for Grace United Methodist Church.
