Naomi E. Wachutka, 80 of the Klein Unit of Burlington Medical Center, formerly of 1703 Grube St., died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, 1989, at the Klein Unit. Born Aug. 31, 1909, at Sturgeon, Mo., she was the daughter of William and Mamie Bradley Porter. She married Adolph John Wachutka April 29, 1943, at New Orleans, La. He died April 27, 1985. She was a homemaker and formerly employed at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant. She was of the Protestant faith. Surviving are three nephews, Glen McGuire of St. Louis, Kenneth McGuire of St. Charles, Mo., and John Siefried of Tennessee. There will be no formal visitation. Friends may call at Prugh Funeral Service. The service for Mrs. Wachutka will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Prugh's Chapel with the Rev. Bernard Weir officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
