Grace L. Bjork, 96, formerly of West Burlington, died Thursday, July 11, 1991, at Burlington Medical Center’s Klein unit where she had been residing.
Born April 23, 1895, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Joseph and Hattie Falscraft Ruff. She married Conrad Carl Bjork on June 25, 1920, in Chicago, Ill. He died Feb. 11, 1972.
She was a homemaker and a member of the West Burlington United Methodist Church and Eastern Star.
Survivors include one son, Dr. Floyd J. Bjork, Golden, Colo.’ One daughter, Constance Maxine Cooper, Daytona Beach Shores, Fla.; one sister, Hazel Haugh, West Burlington; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 pm Tuesday at Prugh's Chapel.
The service for Mrs. Bjork will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Prugh’s Chapel with the Rev. John Cornish officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
