Charlotta Michelle Coleman, 46, of Silvis, IL died Saturday, June 20, 2020 at home.
Born April 20, 1974, in Osceola, AR, she was the daughter of Jimmy Lee Watson, Lydia Mae Bell and LeRoy Coleman.
She enjoyed doing hair, writing, reading, crocheting, and painting with her grandchildren. She loved music, dancing, and playing cards. She was always joking around and loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her father, Jimmy Lee Watson of Marion, AR; mother, Lydia Mae Coleman-Lewis of Burlington; two daughters, Shikira (Marqus) Mitchell of Silvis, IL, and Diamond Coleman of Shreveport, LA.; one son, Quincy Coleman of Burlington; grandchildren, Charles Kessee Jr., Samarion Kessee -Donaldson, Marcell Mitchell, Mia Mitchell, DaMirria Jefferson, DeMari Coleman; seven brothers, Rashad Brooks of Davenport, LeRoy (LaKisha) Coleman of Silvis, IL, Freddy (Heather) Howard and Ricky (Stephanie) Martin both of Burlington, James (Theresa) Martin of Luxora, AR, Ronald (Stella) Martin of Raleigh, NC, Kurstan (Pepper) Davenport of Burlington; four sisters, Falana (James) Watts and Tansha (Searcy Boyd) Gordon both of Burlington, Elaine Neal of SC, Linda (Robert Miller) Holloway of Chicago; two sisters-in-law, Arlene Martin of Burlington and Barbara Faye Norman, of TX; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces & nephews and her church elder, Supt. Fred (Vivienne) Starling.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Eddie & Myrtle Cooper, paternal grandmother, Johnnie Mae Watson, maternal great-great grandparents, Elementher & Simon Jackson, three brothers, Eric Coleman, Lance Davenport, Eddie Martin, sister, Lillie Coleman, and great aunts and great uncles.
Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home.
The funeral service for Ms. Coleman will be 11:00 AM Thursday, July 2, 2020, at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home with Supt. Mr. Fred Starling officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A repast will be held Dankwardt Park following the burial.
