Obituary
Winston “Ferg” Ferguson was born Sept. 26, 1938 in Monmouth, Ill., the son of A.G. Ferguson and Frieda Ferguson.
He graduated from Burlington High School, where he excelled in sports. He played center on the football team and received a scholarship to the University of Iowa.
Mr. Ferguson had his own insurance agency in Iowa City and later moved to St. Paul, Minn. He retired to Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James Ferguson and Dale Ferguson. He is survived by one brother, Acie Ferguson.
Burial is in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
