Obituary
Lorraine JaNelle Winegard Elliott passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Lakeland, Florida, after a prolonged illness.
The daughter of Clark and Rachel Winegard, she was born in Burlington on November 19, 1930, and resided in the Burlington area for much of her life before relocating to Lakeland, Florida.
As a young woman, she was a gifted singer, and throughout her life, she was a talented musician at the piano.
She is survived by her husband, William Scott Elliott; her children: Jeffrey Ringold (Lynne); Susan Morrison (Ken); Gregory Elliott; Gretchen Irmen (Bill); Douglas Elliott (Gayle); Jennifer Saldana (Tito); her brother Richard Winegard (Kay); and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a private celebration of life in the spring.
