Merrill "Billy" R. Williams Jr. 60, of Keokuk, died at 4:04 p.m. Sunday, November 19, 2017, at his residence. Born October 25, 1957, in Ottumwa, he was the son of Merrill R. "Bill" and Jean (Flansburg) Williams Sr. "Billy" worked as a roofer in Keokuk until becoming disabled due to an accident Survivors include one daughter of North Carolina, his father, Merrill R. "Bill" Williams Sr. of Burlington; two brothers, Ronald (Angie) Williams of North Carolina and Richard (Karen) Williams of Hollywood, FL; one adopted sister, Jodi Downing of Ottumwa; half-brother and sister, Jason and Michelle. He was preceded in death by his sister Linda Cage. There will be no services at this time and cremation has been entrusted to Lunning Chapel.
