Mrs. Patricia Ann "Patty" "Pee Wee" Clugg, 83, of Burlington, died at 4:33 a.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.
Born November 5, 1935 in Burlington, Iowa, she was the daughter of Harry Otto and Viola (Knoll) Peterson Sr. She married Roy W. Clugg on November 7, 1959 in Burlington, Iowa.
Patty was a homemaker.
She was of the Christian faith.
She belonged to Burlington Valley Dusters Motorcycle Club, Burlington Ski Kats Water Skiing Club, Skiowans Ski Club, enjoyed going to the Burlington Gym and lived at Sandy's Roller Rink.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Roy of Burlington; Son, Tim Clugg of Peoria, Illinois; five siblings, Joan "Connie" Creighton of West Burlington, Larry Marvin (Janet) Peterson of Burlington, Carolyn Osborne of West Burlington, Ronald Paul (Linda) Peterson, of Burlington and Brenda Smith of West Burlington; many nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stillborn son, Timothy; three sisters, Betty Yocum, Mary Peterson, and Sharon Orwick; and one brother, Harry Otto Peterson Jr.
The funeral service for Mrs. Clugg will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 29th at Lunning Chapel. Rev. Randy Gearhart will officiate. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday.
