Obituary
Connie J. Gentry passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023, at the Morning Sun Care Center.
Connie was born in Burlington, Iowa, on September 3, 1949, to James W. and Opal L. (Armpriest) Gentry.
She graduated from Burlington High School and the University of Iowa.
She chose a career in the business world and held several professional positions with companies in Iowa, Illinois, Arizona and California; where she resided until she returned to Iowa.
Music was a large part of her life, and she became an accomplished vocalist, singing at events and performing in the theater.
She is survived by her brothers, Edward and Michael (Michele) Gentry; a niece; four nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Per her wishes, no services will be held.
Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
