Duncan Blake Stevens was born sleeping on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Prentice Women’s Hospital in Chicago, IL. He weighed 1 lb. 7 oz. and was 14 inches long. He was loved by many and will be remembered by all.
Duncan is survived by his mother, Autumn Stevens of Dallas City, IL; grandparents, David & Cheri Stevens of Dallas City and Kerry Stevens of Dallas City & Debra Eastman of Montrose, IA; great-grandmother, Marlene Davis of Dallas City and great-grandfather, Charles Harrison of Dallas City; aunts & uncles, Morgan Harrison of Dallas City, Savanah Stevens & Brady Berryhill of Dallas City, Tyler & Bri Stevens of Burlington, Lindsey Stevens of Burlington, Nathan Northup of Dallas City, Neely Northup & Brad Shoup of Carthage, IL, Sara & John Herr of Mishawaka, IN, Larissa Eastman & Brett White of Fort Madison, IA; cousins, Camden Payne of Burlington, Vivian Berryhill of Dallas City, and coming soon, Kinsley Stevens.
Duncan was preceeded in death by his great-grandmother, Delores Harrison and cousin, Julian Thomas White.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2019 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City. A private graveside service will be held at Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington, where Duncan will be interred with his great-grandmother, Delores Harrison.
