Ralph A Brenneke, 76, Mediapolis, died at 7 pm Wednesday, May 30, at the Floyd Brown residence here.
He was born May 30, 1897, in Des Moines County, the son of Herman and Anna Broeker Brenneke. A farmer, he was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church, Burlington, a WW1 veteran, and a member of the American Legion.
Surviving: two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Dawson, Mt. Vernon, Ohio, and Carrie Brenneke, Portland, Ore.; three brothers, Harvey, Oregon, Earl, California, and Clifford, Idaho.
Funeral: 1 pm Fry Chapel, Mediapolis, Rev. Raymond Moore; Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington.
