James Willard Bray, 72, of 1901 Division St., Burlington, died at 8:20 am Sunday, July 23, 1995, at Burlington Medical Center.
Born April 20, 1923, in Jefferson County, north of Fairfield, he was the son of Owen M. and Mary O. Blake Bray. He married Carolyn Kurtz on Oct. 21, 1963.
Mr. Bray was a sheet metal worker for the railroad.
He was of the Methodist faith and a member of the Eagles Lodge.
Survivors include his wife; one sister Kathleen Dickerson of Burlington; one brother, Own E. Bray of Santa Rosa, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 pm today at Prugh’s Chapel.
The funeral for Mr. Bray will be at 1:30 pm Wednesday in Prugh’s Chapel with the Rev. Paul Benjamin officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
