Obituary
Jack LeRoy Brissey, 56, of 1724 ½ S. 12th St., died at 3:41 pm Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1993, at Burlington Medical Center.
Born July 20, 1937, in Burlington, he was the son of Robert and Marjorie Ives Brissey.
Mr. Brissey was a beverage truck driver, mecheanic and bartender. He was a stock car racer for years.
Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Harrington of Atlanta, Mo.; a stepson, Robert Brissey of Burlington; four grandchildren; and a half brother, Robert Brissey of West Burlington.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be after 8 am Monday in Lunning Chapel, where the family will receive friends between 7 and 8:30 pm.
The funeral for Mr. Brissey will be at 11am Tuesday at Lunning Chapel with Chaplain David Mizon officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
