Helen E. Bacher, 508 S. Leebrick St., died at 9:45 am Saturday, Oct. 3, at Burlington Medical Center. She was 77.
Born Sept. 6, 1910, at Dean, IA, she was the daughter of William and Jessie Cooley Guinn. She married Robert F. Bacher in January 1951 in Burlington.
She was of the Protestant faith.
Surviving are one daughter, Robbin Bacher of Burlington; one sister, Mrs. Lucille (Art) Lawn of Smith River, Calif.; one brother, William Guinn of Centerville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Prugh Funeral Service, Burlington, with the family receiving friends from 7:30 to 9 pm Monday.
The service for Mrs. Bacher will be at 3 pm Tuesday at Prugh Chapel. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for Mrs. Bacher.
