Last rites for Mr. Frank Blomer, 641 S. Gunnison, who died Saturday after an extended illness at the age of 89, will be held at Giles Funeral home at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Dr. John Rose, pastor of First Congregational church, will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery. Mr. Bloomer was born Sept. 7, 1873, in Burlington. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ferris Bloomer. He was a building contractor prior to retirement. On nov. 4, 1896, Mr. Bloomer was married to Grace Kaiser. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Robert Borske of Manistee, Mich., two granddaughters, and eight great-grandchildren. Two brothers and a sister also survive: Harry Bloomer, 708 Harrison Ave.; Warren Bloomer, Glendale, Calif., and Mrs William Thompson, of Englewood, Calif.
