Andrew O. Braun, 53, of 2431 S. Main, died at 9:30 pm Monday, Oct. 4, at St. Francis Continuation Care Center.
Mr. Braun was an employe of Spring Sand and Gravel company. He was born in Burlington Mar. 30, 1918, the son of Joseph and Mary Ann Nohler Braun. He married Elaine Kirby July 25, 1942, at Memphis, Mo.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 150, and Cascade Boat Club.
Surviving: the wife, a son, David Braun, Bremerton, Wash; a daughter, Mrs. Cheryl Johnson, Burlington; three brothers, Emil and Carl, both of Burlington, and Edwin, West Burlington, two sisters, Mrs. Marie Northup, West Burlington, and Mrs. Margaret Moore, Burlington, and two grandchildren.
Funeral: Thursday 1:30 pm Elliott-Lunning chapel, Fr. Henry Greiner; Aspen Grove Cemetery. Rosary at 7:30 pm Wednesday.
